What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.

  • Design and implement brand awareness strategies to position AugmentCare in different market segments, and with different customer profiles, helping to drive demand and growth.

  • Build and lead an innovative, industry-focused marketing team. Manage performance and career development for direct reports.

  • Generate high-quality, new and original, engaging content for marketing, whenever required.

  • Assess and monitor performance against marketing goals and objective; gather insights through analytics, develop KPI’s, and measure ROI to deduce campaign success.

  • Manage a marketing budget and identify most optimal/efficient use of funds.

  • Produce monthly reports on marketing efforts, results, and propose a new course of action when required.

  • Monitor and analyse competitor marketing activity.

  • Excellent knowledge of online marketing methods and effective execution.

What You Will Need:

  • Passion for the healthcare and technology industry.

  • Should be a graduate/post-graduate from a top-tier college with strong academic records or relevant industry experience.

  • 4+ years experience in a similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns, especially digital efforts
  • Team player, motivated, and proactive individual, with the ability to provide career mentorship to team.

  • Growth-oriented mindset

  • Creative and innovative thinker, looking for a challenge

  • Able to multitask, work with and synthesize multiple items at the same time

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - proficient in English

  • Be familiar with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SPSS, etc.

  • Proficient at Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and especially Excel

  • Relevant Industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
